Semi-Original (Giclee)

A Giclee is a commonly used term that refers to a high-quality print (or reproduction) made using modern inkjet printers, archival inks, and high-quality media. The superior quality and longevity of the giclee (70 to 100 years) make it perfect for fine art printing. A semi-original giclee is when the artist adds paints and mediums to the giclee reproduction and produces a unique piece of art in itself.
